A company is looking for a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to manage
compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and improve US benefits programs, ensuring compliance
with regulations
Assist in developing job architecture frameworks and conduct job
evaluations
Analyze compensation data and provide insights for competitive
salary structures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
5-7 years of experience in Total Rewards
Experience in equity plan administration and design
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and
regulatory requirements
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data analysis
