As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping institutional investors, home buyers, and real estate professionals access comprehensive inspection reports quickly and seamlessly.What You'll Do:As a home inspector on our platform, you'll conduct on-site inspections, capturing property details and identifying potential hazards or concerns. Using our user-friendly Inspectify app, you'll follow a simple checklist, take photos, and record essential information.The Task:You'll be tasked with filling out a custom scope template, and capturing property photos and deficiencies. We direct deposit you the following day for any inspections completed on our platform, and there is no cost to join.Requirements:

• Must be a licensed home inspector in your territory
• Must be the business owner of your own inspection company or perform inspections as a sole proprietor. Inspectify partners with home inspectors on a 1099 basis.
• Maintain an active general liability insurance policy
• Own a car, truck, or van
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have access to a newer model smartphone
• Authorized to work in the USJob Type: ContractPay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour Benefits:
