Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Specialist responsible for reviewing and processing claims for flexible spending accounts and health reimbursement arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily claims while maintaining a 98% quality score
Adjudicate claim appeals and troubleshoot software issues
Assist with operational functions and collaborate with other departments

Required Qualifications

Experience with Section 125 regulations
Ability to process a high volume of claims efficiently
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations
Willingness to promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing
Adherence to security policies
