Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Associate to manage the
end-to-end claims process for users and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough investigations into accidents and property damage
claims
Deliver empathetic communication to claimants and guide them
through the claims process
Assess claim validity and liability, authorize compensation, and
negotiate settlements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in property & casualty claims
handling
Knowledge of property damage, physical injuries, and wage loss
claims processes
Experience working with third-party administrators and legal
teams
Ability to work across several time zones
Professional Certified Claims Professional (CCP) preferred
