Job Description:

A company is looking for an AWS Connect Sr Engineer / Lead Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business problems into technical features and designs
Guide engineering teams in the development and deployment of large-scale cloud applications
Define product vision and prioritize the product backlog for maximum business value

Required Qualifications

Strong background in AWS Connect and contact center solutions for large-scale environments (5k+ seats)
Experience in leading transformations or migrations to AWS Connect
Proficiency in Lambda code development, particularly in Node.js
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
Experience with CloudWatch, Terraform, and code repository tools like Git or Code Commit
