Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior VistA Developer with extensive
experience in software application analysis, design, and
development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical teams in the migration and maintenance of healthcare
information systems to cloud platforms
Develop and implement software using MUMPS/Cache, FileMan, and
other tools within VA and DoD ecosystems
Oversee the development of cloud-based solutions, including REST
APIs and interoperability solutions for VistA applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Over 10 years of experience in software development and cloud
architecture in healthcare IT environments
Extensive knowledge of AWS Cloud services and VistA systems
Proficiency in legacy languages such as MUMPS and modern
development environments like C# and Java
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies
