Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager responsible for the
accurate end-to-end processing of payroll for approximately 900
employees.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the payroll team and oversee daily payroll operations
Finalize semi-monthly payroll cycles for US and Mexico
locations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll
accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in processing multi-state and multi-country
payroll
2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
Extensive knowledge of payroll-related laws and regulations
Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar capacity
Preferred experience with the UKG HRIS system
