Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Analyst to support the
Pharmacy department through data analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop analyses to monitor performance and identify new
opportunities
Create reports and dashboards to communicate performance to
stakeholders
Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, IT, and business leads on
organizational goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, information sciences,
biology, biostatistics, data science, statistics, or computer
science; Master's degree preferred
Two to three years of data analytics experience, preferably in
healthcare or pharmacy
Experience with SQL and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of
healthcare claims and pharmacy data is a plus
At least two years of experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
analytics tools
Experience with retail pharmacy systems and CRM/cloud data systems
preferred
