  • NV RN License
  • Minimum 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience required
  • AHA BCLS
  • AHA ACLS
  • NIHSS (APEX)Other Details:
    • Must pass a telemetry competency exam, to include identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips
