Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Compensation and Planning
Manager to lead and optimize sales compensation programs and
planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales compensation strategies that align with
business objectives
Collaborate with sales leadership on revenue forecasting and
planning
Design and administer incentive plans to drive desired sales
behaviors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related
field; MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or
financial planning
Prior management or leadership experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of compensation strategies and sales
forecasting
Proficiency in CRM and compensation management software
