Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1849.01 - $2026.04

California licensed PT needed for Skilled Nursing Facility outside Sacramento. Floating between two clinics in Oak Ridge and College Oaks. 1-2 years' experience needed to work 8a-4:30p schedule with occasional weekends. (no call). NetHealth and Point Click Care EHR used.

Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-CA
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications
Willing to float between two clinics in Oak Ridge and College Oaks
1-2 years SNF experience
